I had been with my previous dentist since childhood, 30+ years. I was devastated when he announced his retirement. I was in-search of a new dentist. My first attempt was very unsuccessful. The new dentist suggested a variety of very expensive procedures that had never been discussed prior. Therefore, I went looking for a second opinion. Dr. Tonso was highly recommended by a family member. She took the time to re-examine, review the x-rays, and help me make an informed decision on my dental health. I was very impressed with her thorough manner and have been going to her ever since. Also, her office staff is very inviting and has taken the time to get to know me not only as a patient but also as a person. Their sense of urgency in a dental emergency is outstanding, making sure that I am connected to Dr. Tonso promptly, so she can assess and assist with the situation. I am blessed to have found Dr. Tonso and I hope she is around as long as my previous dentist!

From as far back as I can remember I have been apprehensive of dentists, I’ve had bad experiences in the past and have struggled to find a good one. A few years back Dr. Kincheloe was recommended to me by a good friend, I’ve been going to him since. He is very understanding of my previous experiences and continues to be patient with me during my visits. He strives to maintain the trust he has gained, he explains everything to me during my appointments and I know exactly what to expect each time. I am grateful beyond words to have finally found such as amazing dentist! I no longer worry about going to the dentist or look for reasons to cancel my appointments. I always feel well taken care of when getting my teeth worked on by Dr. Erica Tonso. Not only is getting in for care done in a timely manner but the professionalism by Dr. Tonso and her staff is excellent. I always feel as though I am being treated like family when I am there whether it is for a cleaning, a concern about something I am experiencing or something complicated like a bridge. The amazing way they accommodate your hours so you don't have to miss work is something rare these days. Dr. Tonso is a very capable, competent, and compassionate dentist with a personality that cannot be surpassed. She has gone far beyond the usual and expected limits by coming in to care for my dental emergency needs.

A smile that you are proud of is an incredible asset to have. When I was boy, I chipped my front teeth playing sports. Several years later I decided to get veneers to fix the problem. They were great and gave me greater confidence in my smile. There was, however, a small problem. The veneers did not match my other teeth. They had a yellow tint to them and it made my whole smile look darker. While it was better than before, I still felt self-conscious about my smile. After speaking with Dr. Brad I decided to try again and have him put on new veneers that would better match my teeth. Wow, what a difference! The shape of my teeth are perfect and most importantly, so is the color. During the procedure Dr. Brad took his time and tried several options, never settling for less than perfection. That is his greatest asset. He is an artist and is not just throwing in a prosthetic. He creates great smiles! It is crazy how something as simple as bright teeth can tap into our self-esteem and confidence so deeply.
