Insurance and Billing
Payment for services is appreciated at the time they are rendered. If you have dental insurance, you only need to pay any applicable deductible or co-payment and we will file the claim with your insurance company for any benefits payable. It may be helpful for you to review your benefits package. Please be aware that reimbursement amounts are not a guideline of quality care. We can file most insurance claims for you, and we will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. We don’t want financial issues to prevent our patients from receiving the quality dental care they deserve. For the portion of costs not covered by insurance and for those without dental insurance, we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check
- Credit Card – We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
- CareCredit – CareCredit offers a interest-free payment plan up to 12 months, and extended financing up to 48 months.
We can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit.
We are participating providers with the following carriers:
- Delta Dental (Premier Provider)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield and FEP Blue Dental
We are no longer a participating provider with Cigna. They have changed their participating provider agreement. Please call our office with any questions.
We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at time of services
